This 14 year old boy, has got some muscles, what he calls for  , I am not sure that way, body weight, lifting weight, I am not sure. He wants to know how we can have more abs in two weeks. The best trick is to get fast muscles and doesn&rsquo;t matter if I have to work out for every single day for rest of my life I would have to get my abs so fast, ok.</p>
