<p> This is the cardio exercise that slashes and slices off belly fat highly fast when done consistently.  A great benefit to this is that you can do this exercise at home. </p>
<p> What you do is squat up and down as quickly as possible while keeping your back comparatively straight.  Now, each rep only counts if your fingers may be able to swipe or touch the floor.  So your arms will be hanging down and participating. </p>
<p> You may either leave them hanging down or swing in semi-circles to give your squats a momentum.  Either way, shoot at a hundred total reps each day for 1 week.  After that, increase the quantity of reps by one hundred every week until you can easily do 300-500 repetitions everyday for 5 days each week. </p>
<p> You do not have to do all the repetitions at once.  A great way to get in all the reps is to do this exercise during television commercials.  Since each one hour television program has about 22 mins of commercials, that should be lots of time to get at least 2 hundred repetitions. </p>
<p> 2. Vacuum Pose</p>
<p> This possibly the best exercise for shedding belly fat.  My clients average 1.75 inches lost in less than a month using just this exercise alone. </p>
<p> This is how you do it. </p>
<p> Suck in your belly button as much as is possible.  The key to this is sucking in your belly button, not your higher belly area.  Suck it into your lower back and hold that &#8220;pose&#8221; for 15-60 seconds.  Keep repeating until you&#8217;ve done at least 5 mins total for the day.  If you can do 10-15 minutes, even better.  But five minutes is more than enough. </p>
<p> 3. Spinning In A Circle Like A Four year Old Kid</p>
<p> I&#8217;ve got a free 19 page report below that goes into bigger details about how this works, but the crux of it is that you spin around clockwise 10-20 times to the point of getting a little dizzy.  I stress the &#8220;slightly&#8221; part.  You do not need to get extremely dizzy.  You just need to get slightly dizzy to excite your Endocrine System. </p>
<p> By doing that, you balance out your hormones and other bodily functions that are managed by the Endocrine System.  Once that happens, weight reduction naturally occurs. </p>
<p> So give those three exercise an attempt to get rid of your belly fat fast.</p>

I was trying to explain it to a friend and the best I could come up with is that instead of feeling less fat each week, I am now feeling more lean. That&#8217;s a good feeling.<br />
Today I passed the course needed to become a Certified Health Coach for the program I have been on so that I will be able to help others do the same thing. I&#8217;ve already gotten my cousin started on the program and he is having great results and my daughter wants to start it too. The goal of the company is to get America healthier one person at a time It is certainly helping my family.<br />
