<p>Exploring different grain such as quinoa, rice crackers and tortillas can keep us on the lighter side. Grains such as quinoa have complete protein and are a great addition to soups and crackers. Keeping grain to a minimum, maybe having a tortilla a day or a small serving of rice but not over doing it is a great strategy to choose to keep balance in the life and dietary choices, without going to the extreme of &#8220;no carbs.&#8221; </p>
<p>Grains that are generally more allergenic are corn, wheat and soy because so much are consumed in our modern world due to industrialized agriculture.  Becoming aware if we have allergic tendencies and avoiding these foods will gradually reduce our reaction to them. These choices can be helpful to vegetarian weight loss, and over time consuming small quantities of grains will decrease our sensitivities. </p>
