Ever wondered how stars stay a size two — besides starvation, personal trainers, and plastic surgery? Wonder no more.

To complete this How-To you will need:

Unfiltered apple cider vinegar
Eggs
Dandelion leaf tea
Cabbage or watercress soup

Warning: Check with your doctor before embarking on any quick weight-loss technique. Losing too much weight too fast can be dangerous.

Step 1: Drink vinegar

Drink two tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar before lunch and dinner, either straight or diluted in water. That’s what Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas credits for her toned tummy.

Step 2: Boil eggs

Snack on the whites of hard-boiled eggs whenever you’re hungry. That’s how Heidi Klum maintains her supermodel figure.

Tip: Dieters who ate two eggs for breakfast lost more weight than those who had a bagel of equal calories.

Step 3: Sip dandelion tea

Replace your java habit with dandelion leaf tea. Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna are both fans because it’s a diuretic that flushes away water weight.

Step 4: Simmer some soup

Try the oldie-but-goody cabbage soup diet: make a big pot of cabbage soup and eat mostly that for seven days. Jaime Pressley says it helped her shed her post-partum pounds. Liz Hurley also follows a soup diet, but makes hers watercress.
