You don&#8217;t have to subscribe to the gym or deprive yourself of food if you want to go on a diet. You don&#8217;t need gym equipments just so you can keep your body in shape. Adding dietary supplements would also make losing weight easier.</p>
<p>You can perform a simple exercise at home called Stair Sprinting. Stair sprinting is pretty explanatory. All you need to do is run up and down the stairs, and remember that the more floors, the better.</p>
<p>Starting small is a good idea even if you&#8217;re in a good physical condition. What you can do is run up and down four floors twice. It possible that overweight people and first timers won&#8217;t manage more than two reps. If you can&#8217;t do more than two reps in the beginning, it&#8217;s no big deal. Built in time is resistance to effort. Try to do the two reps every other day for two weeks.</p>
<p>You can increase the number of reps to 3 or 4 after two weeks, and this depends on how you feel. Good for you if you can do 4 reps. However, stick to 3 reps if you can&#8217;t do 4. You can add more reps to your routine as the weeks go by so you can increase your endurance and put your muscles to work.</p>
<p>Stair sprinting is great for the legs and rear. People should try stair sprinting especially if they want to build shapely buttocks and strong thighs. The feet will gain more endurance and more stress will be placed on the muscles if you carry your weight up the stairs. Just be careful when you do this exercise. Running up and down the stairs can cause you to trip or miss a step if you&#8217;re not careful and end up with a splayed ankle. More injuries might even happen if you&#8217;re not cautious.</p>
