? The 5 C’s Juice: Cilantro-Carrot-Celery-Cucumber-Thai Young Coconut Water ?
* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 2 Thai Young Coconuts (Coconut Water)
— 1 bunch of Cilantro
— 4 Carrots*
— 1 head of Celery
— 1 Cucumber*
*unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic
* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Open young coconuts to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j
— 2) Run the rest of the ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW
— 3) Blend vegetable juice and coconut waters together, adding ice if desired, and enjoy!

— I’m on a cardiovascular HIGH! If you want to experience the same in your life, then you might want to try cutting out excess unhealthy types of fats as well as animal products, and instead consuming fresh, raw & whole fresh fruits & vegetables, juices, smoothies & salads.

— So starting this coming Monday, Sept. 21st, Krista will send participants a private YouTube link to the 1st of the 4 videos below, with the next video being sent to you the next morning, and so on, for 4 days. Plus, you’ll get to interact with your fellow group members in the comments section below each video. Here’s what each of the videos will cover, as well as how we envision the group interactions to be structured:
— Group Interactions: Underneath each video there will be your typical comments area that you see on every YouTube video, but unlike those, these are going to be PRIVATE. It will just be you, me & 24 other fellow participants. I encourage everyone to think of this as a group forum, with me as your equal, as it’s important for everyone to experience being both a student and a teacher in this process. Through supporting others, we support ourselves! For all the questions that come up, I invite everyone to participate in trying to answer them for others. If you continue on the raw food weight loss path, think of this as a taste of what’s to come when all your friends, family & co-workers start to ask you questions left & right about how to lose weight this fun, delicious & healthy way! I will of course still be there to answer some of the bigger & more complex questions, and will also gather up some of the larger themes for the 4th video…now…on to those video descriptions…
