    Guys this defenitly works :D im 14 yrs old and i lost 4-5 Kg for 1.5 week and allso i build some nice muscles :D im 66.5 kg now but i think i can lose some more weight. BTW by doing this exersizes my knees started to hurt :( that fears me a lot!!….

    Think it depends on your weight/height, but I don’t think so. If you lose too much weight too fast if you are really overweight you’ll have a lot of really gross extra skin, but 180 isn’t bad unless you’re like realllly short. So you should be fine.
