When trying to lose weight, motivation should be your topmost priority. It’s not all about the exercise or the diet, rather it’s how much you want to lose weight. Buy yourself an item of clothing that you would like to wear. This will serve as your weighing scale in which you would try it out once per week. Take note of how it starts to feel looser and looser on your body.

Try to check out your exact weight every week by obtaining a weighing scale. By seeing your weight actually go down, you will find yourself getting more and more motivated.
Third Tip
Get a partner. Team up with a close friend who also wants to lose fat quickly. Help each other conquer cravings with the help of a buddy system.

Tell someone about your weight loss plan. Make sure that it’s someone you trust implicitly. The reason behind this is that you will work doubly hard for your goal once people are expecting or know of your plans on how to lose extra fat fast.

Look for a place that you normally look at and pin a picture of someone slim on it. If it’s a picture of you during your slim days, then that would be better.

Remove all temptation. In order to do this, you will have to restrict your grocery list to healthy foods. It might be better that you go to the fruits and vegetables section when shopping. After all, you can only eat what you have.

Create a reward system. Let’s say you can promise yourself a vacation once you’ve got the weight you want. The important thing is that the reward is extra special. Small daily rewards are also possible. Let’s say if you’re strictly drinking water, then one cup of coffee at the end of the day could be a good reward. This is so you have something to wait for at the end of the day. Through this, you will be able to tolerate more each time.
Tip 8
Get a hooby. Overweight people tend to lean towards eating as a hobby. Try something else, perhaps join a badminton club or take up painting. The important thing is that you enjoy it and it keeps you from eating too much.
When it comes to weight loss, motivating yourself is the most important step. It’s also the hardest one. However, with a bit of preparation and talking yourself into the activity each morning, you won’t have too much problem in the motivation scheme.
