Regardless, i think … Regardless, i think the updates are important/great….it feels great to know that it doesn’t come easy for everyone…not saying anyone wants you to fail, but knowing that not everyone succeeds all the time helps…when i am in a funk, knowing that other people have the same issues makes me want to work harder, because sometimes you just need to hear it from someone else.

Push forward,don’t give up you don’t want to go back to your start weight. It could happen if you lose your focus, it happen to me and now I need to move forward. Congrats on losing 60lbs however some women look very sexy with curves and perhaps you are at your natural weight at 205. Regardless, you look beautiful. Just wish you thought so too. If you are doing your best you can’t ask for much more. You have to enjoy life a little and it’s not worth killing your life and time agonizing over losing a little more for who?

I could kill myself … I could kill myself for every dollar I’ve wasted on gym memberships that I didn’t use. Maybe the best thing to do would be to just commit to getting to the gym 2-3 times per week, don’t even focus on food too much. I often find that if I can make myself get to the gym, then the rest follows sooner or later. I’m not telling you what to do though, it’s just an option.

Stop eating out. Go buy fresh produce, fall in love with the kitchen, find passion in HEALTHY food.

You don’t always have to go the the gym for exercise, you can swim, hike, bike ride,play tennis..all things you can involve you daughter in.. You can do this I believe in you;)
$25 a month is not … $25 a month is not a bad deal, but I have 24 hour fitness too and I got a certificate from Costco for $299 for 2 years (24 months) so it come out to be around $13 per month. If you do not have a costco membership, just ask a friend to pick up the certificate for you. Hope this helps someone.

And there you need something to get you out of your “Blah corner” do what you have to do and stop whining! I’m serious by now 2010 i thought I would see diffrent results!!!! By the way 60 pounds is a lot and your face looks pretty slim to me compared to those old 08-09 vids.
Don’t start next … Don’t start next Monday, start next meal. Your plan should encompass one meal only the one you are about to eat. As per exercise, it should be part of your life like brushing your teeth. Make the time for yourself and just do it even if you don’t feel like. Feelings follow action. Keep at it.
I have a book … I have a book suggestion: Read the China Study!!you can get it at the Library for no Cost! It will make u want to change, NOW!! It was a turning point for my own journey.

I think you and … I think you and Nicole are great friends, but you each need to be individual, and focus, not depend on the other. This reminds me of being a co-dependent, if one falls the other will follow.
You both seem to have the same weaknesses and you really need to take a look at the big picture and make changes for the better, your family will be amazed if you are too busy because you are getting healthy at the gym and cooking at home, be the example to your daughter, do this for her too.

$25 a month is not a bad deal, but I have 24 hour fitness too and I got a certificate from Costco for $299 for 2 years (24 months) so it come out to be around $13 per month. If you do not have a costco membership, just ask a friend to pick up the certificate for you. Hope this helps someone.
