Day 75 – Fat Burning Obstacle Course

With the warm weather, comes the hot workouts. Hammer took us outside for our workout today. I started out with a mere 2.5 mile run for a warm up and then an obstacle course that was “minor” compared to what will be coming in the future. As you can see by the video, it was not easy, no matter how “minor” it was! 2 laps were required, but being as that we are competitive men, we pushed each other for a 3rd!
