No one male/female should ever drop below 1200 calories a day. I was eating right around this, when I should have been eating around 2500 a day. This deficit along with extreme exercise (around 600+ calories burned a day) I was losing weight extremely fast, but at an unhealthy rate. I don&#039;t recommend this for anyone since the toll it took on my body. After 10 months I had to learn to balance!</description>
