I also just wanted to add, that for me, the gym has turned into one of my &quot;spots&quot;.  I have people that I&#039;ve become &quot;gym friends&quot; with.  There are people that I know will always be in spin class or body pump.  It&#039;s just become such a positve experience that I actually look forward to it at the end of the day.  I think for me one of the things that I&#039;m working on getting over is complacency...what a bitch!</description>
