Mon 01/11 WLL … Rewards – Reasonable Cheat Days… and Being Proud!!
This week we answer the question: MIND: How do you reward yourself for your healthy behavior? When you meet your goals? (Food and non-food rewards.)
My response is… I USED to do cheat days where I could go 500 calories above maintain-weight calories, but now honestly the best reward is a week well done, and seeing my progress in charts, calendars, and graphs
