The previous four tips are good recommendations to help still eat an identical quantity but consume fewer calories. To help lose those 10 pounds, you may also eat less. Attempt to eat slowly. Research shows that you eat about sixty less calories per meal when you slow down your pace. Therefore , if you eat slower for all 3 meals, you can cut 180 calories a day.
